Krista Williams is a Los Angeles painter. Her recent work is a tribute series of prominent African Americans from the entertainment industry. Williams combines contemporary culture with historical symbolism and works with oil and acrylic, graphite and charcoal.
Her work was exhibited for Black History Month at Antioch University in 2020 and with the DH Arts Collective in 2019 and 2020. Williams collaborated with the LA County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to create art for the 2020 Presidential Primary Election and will receive a B.A. in Studio Art from California State University Dominguez Hills in 2021.
